Endless Opportunities
Our K–12 school is currently looking for individuals who have a heart to serve students and families in the following ways:
👉 Full- and part-time elementary teachers – We’re looking for those with a desire to invest in children and a willingness to learn our unique Principle Approach to teaching.
👉 Full- and part-time middle and high school teachers – If you have a passion or background in subjects like Literature, History/Geography, Math, Writing/Grammar, Science, Bible, Spanish, or other electives, we’d love to hear from you.
👉 Teacher’s aides – We need those willing to assist in the classroom by grading, making copies, substituting, supervising breaks, and supporting teachers in day-to-day tasks.
👉 Volunteers – Grounds and maintenance crew, administrative work, communications and sports teams, are just a few.

Teacher Training
Teachers for the Nations is a University of the Nations registered training and is a keystone to understanding the Principle Approach® educational model we use at CHS. In 2025, the TFN training is built into our school schedule. The next TFN training will begin June of 2026. For details about TFN, please fill out the form below.
You don’t need any previous classroom or educational training prior to attending the TFN training. It’s a plus if you’ve completed the Discipleship Training School with Youth With A Mission, but it’s not mandatory.
The TFN program outreach is built in to teaching at CHS — giving participants rich, hands-on classroom experience.
All positions at CHS are volunteer. We offer affordable housing for our staff and also include tuition discounts for the children of CHS staff.
