Preserving the Heritage
For the last several years we have taken steps to upgrade our facilities and take measures to improve campus safety. We have replaced the windows and upgraded wiring in all of our classrooms in the elementary school and high school buildings. We have also updated the doors in the high school building, installed new heating and air conditioning units in the four classrooms of our secondary building, and in the locker rooms we have updated windows and doors. Most recently we installed security cameras and new signs throughout the school.
Next we want to replace the heating and air conditioning units in the remaining classrooms in the junior high and high school. The gym wall has been treated inside and out, it now needs to be painted and the locker rooms need a facelift. We also want to purchase new lockers in the secondary building. In the elementary school we look forward to installing new flooring in the hallways and bathrooms.
We welcome your investment to preserve the facilities God has entrusted to our care.
The teachers and administrative staff of CHS are some of the most passionate and dedicated educators on the planet. They do not receive a salary from the school in their missionary service; they trust God to enable them to participate in this educational ministry. We know that this posture of faith has a beautiful influence on our children and in the curriculum that inspires faith. However, would you and your family consider partnering with our teachers through a one-time gift or a monthly financial contribution to this fund?
Would you consider giving $25 for each teacher that minister’s to your child(ren) per month? Your contribution is tax-deductible. The fund would be evenly distributed among CHS faculty that are full time missionaries with YWAM.
