CHRISTIAN HERITAGE SCHOOL (CHS) is organized as a nonprofit corporation registered as File Number 805996522 with the Texas Secretary of State and shall operate exclusively for educational, religious, and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
CHS shall operate a private school with the purpose of providing Biblically-based instruction to students through the use of teachers, assistants, volunteers, and curriculum that is consistent with its Statement of Faith, Principle Approach Philosophy of Christian Education, Parent/Student Handbook, Articles of Incorporation, and established Bylaws.
CHS shall collaborate with other corporations, which fall under the 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and are operated exclusively for educational, developmental, recreational, scientific, religious, social, or charitable purposes.
CHS shall engage in all lawful activities, incidental to the foregoing purposes, except as otherwise restricted herein, such as any classes, courses, projects, outreaches, programs, seminars, trainings, services, internships, or volunteer opportunities which will provide more initiatives for involvement in order to increase the educational, religious, and charitable impact of CHS.
CHS shall not discriminate against any qualified person on the basis of his/her race, color, national origin, ethnicity, or disability in administration of all policies, scholarships, loans, tuition remission, fee waivers, educational programs, athletics, or extracurricular activities. A qualified person is defined as one who meets the pre-established and published bona fide criteria for admission to CHS, based on the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Statement of Faith, Parent/Student Handbook, and Biblical Values of Youth With A Mission (YWAM).
