As you raise your child according to God’s ways, Christian Heritage School comes alongside you to instill biblical character and encourage biblical reasoning in all aspects of life. We stand with parents to prepare students to fulfill their God-given potential in order to advance the Kingdom of Christ.
The enrollment process includes an online application, student assessment, and a family interview. If there is any way we can assist you in this process, please let us know. “

How to Start
STEP 1: ONLINE APPLICATION
Start by completing and submitting the online application. Please submit a separate application for each child you wish to enroll.
The application fee per student is $50. This non-refundable fee is paid at the time your student’s application is submitted.

STEP 2: STUDENT ASSESSMENT
The student assessment evaluates the student’s mastery in reading, writing, and math. If your child is entering Kindergarten (referred to as the Reading Class), the assessment will be verbal.
The student assessment fee is $20 per application and is paid directly to the teacher administering the test.
Once the student assessment has been evaluated, our Admissions office will contact you regarding a family interview.
STEP 3: FAMILY INTERVIEW
The incoming family interview is conducted in person and on-site with both parents/guardians and the incoming student(s). The goal of the family interview is to establish all family members are in agreement with enrollment at Christian Heritage School.
After the family interview and all requirements have been met, the Admissions Office will notify you regarding your child’s acceptance into the student body.
Enrollment is complete when we contact you accepting your child into the student body at Christian Heritage School.
In August, all families will receive an email about important times and dates, including our Welcome Back night and the first day of school. This information is also available on our website under the Yearly Calendar under the Family Resources tab.
A standard admissions timeline is as follows
January – May Online application completed, references confirmed
June – July New student testing and family interviews
August Academic school-year begins, normally mid-August
It’s not too late to apply! We accept mid-year transfers and applications over the summer months.

If you have already begun the Application process, you may access your account at anytime to update or add information. Christian Heritage School uses the FACTS system for both prospective and current families.
To access your student application, please provide the User Name and Password you created. The district code is lowercase: cht-tx.
