Our Community

What makes our community unique?

Affordable– CHS provides an outstanding private school option at extremely affordable rates.

Christ-centered– Not only is it our goal to lay Christ at the foundation of every class in the curriculum, but the passion and dedication of the missionary teachers and faculty is unmatched. Each one raises his or her own financial support to participate in the opportunity to teach your child.

International– Diversity is celebrated as both the teachers and students of CHS represent the beautiful and varied nations of world.

Outreach week

Every year, the week before spring break is dedicated to loving our neighbors as a school. The entire school is divided into small teams led by teachers and parent volunteers. We go throughout our community to deliver meals to the elderly, to spread the joy of Jesus in nursing home facilities and to practically demonstrate to our local friends the great love God has for them. The students love to get to serve with their classmates and teachers outside of the classroom. It is a joy to give. Servant leadership is a principle we want our students at CHS to learn.

Veterans Day

John 15:13 says, “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” History has proven that liberty is always under assault. We aspire to teach our students to cherish liberty.  We take the time to celebrate those who have served in our nation’s armed forces so that we can know peace and safety. We invite you to join us as we celebrate liberty and the humble heroes who have sacrificed so much for our country.
